Responsibilities

• Strategic product responsibility for "Smart Production & Connectivity"
• Leadership of the "Go-to-Market Strategy" for the software platform
• Driver of solution development up to market launch
• Definition of product and implementation strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Communication interface to Global Sales, Marketing, Market Intelligence/Business Development, Software Development
• Identification of synergies and dependencies within the corporate group

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Economics, or International Business
• Experience in product development, business cases, smart production, and ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset and "doer mentality"
• Knowledge in the Operational Technology sector, preferably in the packaging environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic, creative, and analytical thinking
• Fluent English skills and willingness to travel
