In this role, you will combine technology, market understanding, and strategy, actively shaping the further development of our product portfolio in the field of plastic forming tools. You will manage products holistically throughout their lifecycle, work closely with international stakeholders, and significantly contribute to securing growth and competitiveness in a global market environment.

Your Role in Our Team

  • Overall responsibility for product strategy and its implementation to ensure a sustainable competitive position
  • Leadership and management of product, key account, and process managers
  • Identification and development of market, segment, and growth opportunities based on market and competitor analyses
  • Ensuring clear product positioning, competitive USPs, and a value-oriented pricing strategy
  • Holistic product lifecycle management, including go-to-market strategies
  • Performance steering of the product portfolio based on defined KPIs and derivation of optimization measures
  • Responsibility for selected key accounts for strategic business development and cross-departmental coordination

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in a technical or engineering field (e.g., PVD technology) or comparable professional experience
  • Many years of experience in international product, marketing, or portfolio management of technical B2B products, ideally in the forming tools industry
  • Proven competence in developing and implementing global product strategies with a focus on growth and profitability
  • Very strong project management skills with experience in managing complex, international projects in matrix organizations
  • Strong market, competitor, and customer orientation combined with deep technical understanding
  • Strategic-analytical thinking ability and the capacity to translate data-based insights into operational measures
  • Convincing, integrative personality with sales or business development experience as an advantage
  • Fluent English skills, German desirable; willingness to travel internationally up to approx. 30%
