About
The Technology Department operates and implements the technical systems supporting the TF1 Group's business. It ensures the operational maintenance of technical assets, drives technological strategy, and leads major technical projects for all Group departments.
It interfaces with all group businesses (Advertising, Broadcast, Content, Production, Entertainment) and is involved in all technological support and transformation topics. Integrated into the Technology Department, the Infrastructure, Cloud, and Engineering Department (DICI) is responsible for the architecture, maintenance, and evolution of the technical foundation enabling the deployment of TF1's IS (Advertising, Content, Corporate...): On-Prem Infrastructure (Networks, Data Center, OS), Cloud (Azure, AWS), and Applications.
DICI plays a major role in the IS transformation plan and its migration to the Cloud. This department is currently composed of several expertise centers (Network, DBA, Infra, Cloud...) and a Business Ops, Security & Transverse center, whose role is to bridge the gap between development teams and infrastructure teams.
We are looking for an IAM Product Manager (H/F) on a permanent contract, who will be responsible for the IAM (Identity & Access Management) product vision, its implementation, and its proper functioning in production (Build & Run), in close collaboration with business, security, and technical teams.

Your main missions will include:
Product Management & Project Management
The Product Manager is primarily involved in IAM automation to improve security, reduce costs, accelerate processes (onboarding / offboarding), and strengthen compliance. The IAM solution is currently interconnected with about thirty applications, and new integrations are planned. TF1 relies on the SailPoint solution.
- Define the IAM product vision and roadmap, in close collaboration with the Authentication Service Owner (Active Directory, Entra ID).
- Gather and analyze business needs (workflows, application integrations) and challenge the existing.
- Define the functional and technical scopes of IAM projects.
- Write the expressions of need and functional specifications.
- Evaluate the costs of developments and evolutions against the expected gains.
- Prioritize the product backlog and formalize User Stories.
- Plan projects, track budgets, and manage risks.
- Lead business workshops, project committees, and steering committees.
IAM Design & Implementation
Lead the deployment and evolution of IAM solutions:
- Configuration and evolution of SailPoint,
- Study of alternatives to SailPoint and portability of workflows,
- Management of identities and accesses on Active Directory and Entra ID in conjunction with Authentication experts.
- Define and optimize identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner / Mover / Leaver). Contribute to authorization models and access governance rules. Ensure compliance with security, conformity, and audit requirements.
Operational Management
- Manage the availability, security, and compliance of the IAM service.
- Coordinate technical teams and prioritize the backlog during agile ceremonies.
- Work with the Authentication, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure the stability and evolution of the service.
- Act as the liaison with business units and ensure compliance with governance rules (tiering, least privilege, etc.).
- Manage major incidents, changes, and updates.
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders (CIO, CISO, Business Units).
- Participate in the solution's run.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify optimization levers for user experience, security, and costs.
- Track KPIs and produce regular reports.
- Lead key success indicators: IAM automation rate, onboarding times, audit compliance, business satisfaction.
Match:
Profile Sought
- Higher education in IT (Bac +5 or equivalent)
- Proven experience as an IAM Product Manager or IAM Consultant
- Significant experience in IAM projects within a complex enterprise environment
- Knowledge of AD, Entra ID environments and cybersecurity notions
- Knowledge in development, understanding of APIs
- In a constantly evolving environment, ability to adapt to new technologies and protocols
- Professional English required
