Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or relevant experience, with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, along with 2+ years of experience in:
  • Working in a technical setting with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and define requirements.
  • Delivering engaging technical presentations.
  • Analyzing complex data sets and making informed data-driven decisions.
  • Gathering and translating broad user requirements into viable product solutions.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and proven communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging ML/AI to create large-scale consumer products.
• Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into product requirements, and guiding pre/post-launch activities.
• Experience defining and executing vision and strategy for products.
• Skills in recruiting and leading top-tier cross-functional teams.
• Resilience and enthusiasm in a rapidly changing work environment.
• Ability to integrate AI tools to enhance workflows and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Commitment to implementing responsible AI practices to mitigate biases and ensure quality.
• Active participation in ongoing AI skill development and staying abreast of emerging technologies.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $173,000 to $241,000 per year, plus bonuses and equity, along with comprehensive benefits.
