Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the product strategy for solutions for digital medical reports and findings.
- Competitor analysis, especially in the area of hospital information systems.
- Creation and prioritization of the product roadmap in coordination with stakeholders and professional requirements from clinics and specialist departments.
- Translation of medical, regulatory, and technical requirements into market requirements (Epics, User Stories, and specifications).
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., HL7 International, FHIR, gematik).
- Close collaboration with international development teams (agile/Scrum).
- Management of the entire product lifecycle from conception to rollout.
- Definition of KPIs for success measurement.
- Support with validation, usability tests, and pilot projects in the clinical environment.
- Close coordination with doctors, medical controlling, IT management, and project management.
- Support for sales and marketing in product positioning and tenders.
- Presentation of the product at trade congresses and with customers.
Your Qualifications
- Completed degree in Medical Informatics, Business Informatics, Health Management, Medicine, or comparable qualification in the clinical field.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a clinical setting or in the field of Health IT or clinical documentation.
- 2-5 years of experience in the software industry in project management, research and development, service, customer support, or 5-10 years of experience in a hospital environment.
- In-depth understanding of clinical processes (medical reports, findings workflow, coding, DRG system).
- Basic understanding of software creation, data architecture, and IT.
- Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Strong analytical understanding.
- Strong communication, moderation skills, and high customer focus.
- Ability to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High sense of responsibility in handling medical documentation.
