Category Manager PC Systems Peripherals (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the management and active support of the assigned manufacturer portfolio, operational control, and ongoing development of business activities.
  • You manage your product portfolio in terms of quantity and order/delivery times, with the goal of achieving the manufacturer's purchasing targets in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  • You develop sales-promoting promotions and communication measures for our customers together with the manufacturers.
  • You support key customers with a specific manufacturer focus in consultation and collaboration with our Field Sales.
  • You support the further development of our product portfolio and our customer-specific services; you monitor the market and follow the latest trends in your environment.
  • You conduct product training for sales or other internal/external departments.

What You Bring

  • You are proud of your completed vocational training (retail/commercial) and possibly already have further training in the commercial, marketing, sales, or business administration field.
  • You enjoy communicating and like to use your language skills in German and English – if you can also communicate in French, that's "formidable".
  • You have an affinity for the IT industry, especially in the monitor sector, and a strong flair for marketing, sales, and negotiation.
  • You are familiar with common MS Office applications – SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system is an advantage.
  • You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and team-minded personality with a friendly and competent demeanor and good communication skills.
