About the role
As a Personal Loan Product Marketing Specialist, your role involves designing marketing and product level initiatives to enhance the performance of the product. Your responsibilities include:
- Networking and establishing relationships to facilitate beneficial tie-ups. - Leading system and process automation projects from a product perspective. - Sharing analytics to enhance productivity and process effectiveness. - Collaborating with regional teams to implement improvement actions. - Developing and adjusting product and policies in alignment with business targets by coordinating with sales, credit, and risk teams. - Proactively creating marketing and promotional strategies to achieve brand objectives and meet customer needs, including organizing sales contests and running marketing campaigns. - Providing inputs for website updates and sharing analytics for process and business improvements. - Sharing market analytics and competitive insights with management to support profitable decision-making. - Conducting market research to stay updated on current trends and introduce new products tailored to market needs.
