About the role
The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying the best raw material, extract, and product suppliers across India through deep internet research and vendor outreach. The role focuses on supplier discovery, benchmarking, cost comparison, and ensuring high-quality sourcing for product development and production.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Evaluation & Benchmarking • Compare suppliers based on pricing, quality, certifications, and capacity • Analyze COAs, specifications, and certifications (GMP, ISO, etc.) • Shortlist and recommend best suppliers based on business needs
Cost Analysis & Optimization • Prepare comparative sheets for pricing and supplier evaluation • Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative suppliers • Track domestic market trends in herbs, extracts, and raw materials
Skills • Strong internet research and vendor discovery skills • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Analytical mindset for price and quality comparison • Knowledge of herbal extracts / pharma raw materials (preferred) • Good Excel / data management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
