Position Overview

As a Product Manager at Antier Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our product offerings. This includes working on both product-based and service-based projects, primarily focusing on Web3 and Enterprise SaaS. You will leverage your expertise in agile methodologies and team management to lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing complex projects and scaling them successfully, preferably with experience in Web3 and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from requirements gathering to final delivery. Ensure the successful execution of both product and service-based projects.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, user needs, and competitors. Utilize this data to drive informed decision‑making.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement agile practices to ensure timely delivery of features and continuous improvement of the product.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and ensure that quality standards are met.
• Metrics & KPIs: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and areas for improvement, ensuring the product’s performance aligns with company goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a prime focus on Web3, Blockchain (preferred) and Enterprise SaaS.
• Web3 Experience: Solid understanding of Web3 technologies (blockchain, NFTs, decentralized finance, etc.) and how to integrate them into enterprise products.
• SaaS Experience: Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS‑based products in an enterprise setting.
• Team Leadership: Strong team management experience, including cross‑functional collaboration and managing both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Extensive experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data‑driven decision‑making abilities with experience using analytics tools to track product performance.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Product Management certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM)
• PMP or related project management certifications
• Web3 and Blockchain‑related certifications (e.g., Blockchain Certified Professional, Ethereum Developer Certification)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with scaling enterprise‑grade SaaS products and managing large‑scale, high‑traffic platforms.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS) and their application in SaaS products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to work closely with design teams.
• Exposure to working in a fast‑paced startup environment or growing tech companies.
