Job Summary

As a Product Security Engineer, you will provide hands-on security support to Product Security Managers by executing routine security tasks, conducting initial assessments, and handling tactical security work.

This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams including Product Security Managers, Security Architects, Technical Architects, DevOps, Security Operations, and Governance. You will play an important role in our mission to embed security into every stage of our products’ lifecycles, from initial design through to decommissioning and end-of-life.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine security testing and initial vulnerability assessments under PSM guidance. • Assist with security tool operation (including SAST, DAST, and SCA) and security automation tasks. • Support compliance evidence collection and security documentation efforts. • Conduct first-level technical analysis and security configuration reviews. • Escalate complex technical issues and findings to Product Security Manager. • Assist with security tool integration and maintenance activities. • Participate in security training and professional development programs.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience • 2-4 years experience in security engineering, application security, or related technical role • Hands-on experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) • Understanding of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities • Familiarity with one or more of C#, Typescript, Java, JavaScript, Dart, C++, Python, and/or Delphi • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established security procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Security+ or similar entry-level security certifications • Experience with Azure security services and configurations • Background in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security integration • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software environments
