Sport Focus Investments Private Limited is the Master Franchisor of The Little Gym USA for

more than 7 years. We started our operations with our first centre in October 2014 in Kolkata and

grew to more than 20 operating centres prior to the pandemic. We have restarted operations this

year and are excited to share that we are now back to 16 centres and our goal is to have 20

centres by this financial year. Our mission is to grow this brand to over 150 centres in the next 5

What is the role?

This is an exciting people person role for a young energetic go getter who loves to lead and take

responsibility. It covers all the key aspects of running any business such as Sales, Marketing, and

Operations. It’s almost like running your own business. We are a very customer (both child and parent)

focused company and we look for people who are customer centric. As the Program Manager whilst you

have overall responsibilities for all functions in the center, your primary focus is parent and child

engagement and maintaining the quality of the classes with accurate documentation.

What would you do? • Engage with parents and children both new and existing via phone call, emails and personal interaction. • Teach the best classes as per the curriculum • Maintain the class quality as per the little gym standards and curriculum • Conduct quality checks for the classes • Lead and participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads • Responsible for centre operation to ensure a safe, clean and child friendly environment • Planning and executing special events like Show Weeks, Birthday party, Pyjama party, • Field trips, Skill Thrill and other events • Maintain all documents and prepare reports as required

What do you need? • 0-2 years of experience in customer facing role • Possess the skills of dance, yoga and zumba. • Interest in customer interactions • Proficiency in English, basic knowledge of MS Office • Fast learner and who loves to interact with people (very sociable) • Must be healthy and fit to be able to teach a class when required • Ability to build rapport and inspire others • Effective communication, with children as well as with parents • Organised, self-motivated multi-tasker with strong work ethic • High energy individuals who are happy and love to work with children

Work days & Timings - Tuesday to Sunday, 10 to 7 pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
