Your Daily Life

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales's most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of systems and equipment mobilize know-how in more than 80 professions in high-tech defense, security solutions and digital services.

Your Profile

• Holder of a Bac +5 (Engineering school or university with specialization in computer science), you have broad knowledge of infrastructure and security technologies.
• You have past experience in senior project management, and demonstrate rigor in terms of contractual management, planning and resource management. These skills should enable you to successfully manage the execution of these projects, on-time delivery and project budgets autonomously.
• You have a strong capacity for organization, synthesis and leadership. Furthermore, you are the guarantor of quality customer relations that last over time. Within the framework of your projects, you will be able to lead an integrated team in liaison with other project work package managers and in liaison with the client's project teams.
• You have a crucial role in managing resources from different service centers. You must therefore be able to functionally lead project teams, and demonstrate great precision in your instructions and excellent communication with the teams and management.

Your Daily Life

The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring and developing their scope. Their mission focuses mainly on the following areas:

• Customer Interface and Relationship Management:
  • They manage the customer relationship and the mastery of different stakeholders. They are responsible for customer satisfaction across all projects. They lead business review meetings with the client and organize workshops with the client.
• Offer and Business Development Management for their Program:
  • They lead offer development jointly with sales, partners, and the technical & consulting department of the BU. They identify and track opportunities (participation in Gate and Thales Digital Services processes). They are responsible for project design commitments: RFPs (Response to Tenders), Investigate, proposals, costing, milestones, deliverables, commitments...
• Operations and Quality Monitoring Management:
  • They act as Project Director: participation in Steering Committee meetings, risk monitoring, WPM (Work Package Manager) monitoring... They supervise the monitoring of Thales Digital Services commitments and deliverables (On Time Delivery). They manage escalations and implement action plans in crisis situations. They guarantee project quality monitoring...
• Financial Monitoring Management for Programs:
  • They carry out financial monitoring and reporting for each project with the support of the department head (invoicing, pipeline AVV, turnover, PC, cash flow...). They carry out financial consolidation for their entire Program. They implement PCCA roadmaps and forecasts...

The subjects covered are vast: Digital Transformation and Data Management (Data Visualization, Analysis, Transport, etc.), Cybersecurity projects, Move To Cloud (on-premises platforms, AWS Cloud, Azure), Applications (ERP, Collaboration, etc.), Service Center...

This position interfaces with a variety of stakeholders: CISO, cyber expert, system and network administrator, etc., in an international context.

An experience in pre-sales and consulting is expected and should be highlighted by the candidate.
