Program Manager

About

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to support our Army ECMA contract. The ideal candidate should have:

• Technical expertise in Government cloud operations
• Experience managing cloud modernization, migration, and security projects

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for all the PWS requirements
• Establishes goals and plans that meet project requirements
• Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
• Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
• Plans, initiates, and manages IT projects.
• Leads and guides the work of technical staff.
• Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage.
• Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• May supervise others.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs
• Program Management Certification (PMP)
• Any of the Cloud related certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing IT programs
• Working knowledge and experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programs
• Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments
