Industrial Engineer

About Us

For our Industrial Engineering department, we are looking for reinforcement at our Ehringshausen location starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Planning, calculation, and implementation of extensive programs/projects in the field of Industrial Engineering for the industrialization of new or existing products of the KÜSTER Group
• Global coordination of program-specific projects and collaboration with project managers on an international level
• Support in the creation of relevant project documents such as specifications or P-FMEAs
• Monitoring of global project progress, taking into account budget, schedules, technical specifications, as well as internal or external requirements
• Initiation of all necessary measures to comply with economic and technical KPIs
• Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Active participation in project & acquisition teams
• Definition and coordination of program-specific continuous improvement projects on an international level

Profile

• Education: Completed university degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Experience and Know-How: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering and in the automotive environment, experience and references in the implementation and coordination of complex Industrial Engineering projects at program and project level, knowledge in process cost calculation and creation of process FMEAs according to VDA and AIAG
• Language: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Personality: Teamwork, strong communication skills, initiative, structured way of working, strong hands-on mentality, willingness to travel internationally (approx. 6 weeks per year)
