Project Head

Role & Responsibilities The role of the Project Manager will be to drive the objective of delivering successful projects within the time, cost & quality parameters.

Job Profile Location: Sharjah, UAE. Our projects range from mid‑market projects requiring about 3–6 months to complete to large enterprise projects with multiple solutions including integration & customization which may take more than a year to complete. In the current environment, it is necessary to deliver projects in a mixed mode i.e., on‑site and remotely.

Experience & Education • Must have successfully delivered at least 10 full project life cycle ERP, HRMS, CRM with associated solution implementations. An understanding of the technology solutions including the evolving technologies will be necessary. • At least 3 projects must be with more than 20 members and an implementation time span of more than 12 months. • Must have the ability to demonstrate the above in terms of challenges, threats, solution provided etc. • Must understand ambiguities about solutions, change management and project related issues. • Must have used Project management software & thorough knowledge & experience of implementation methodology. • Must have completed a project management course or certification from an established institution. • Good student with masters in a management study from a renowned institution.

Soft Skills • Strong leadership skills. • Empathetic while managing people while getting the best out of team by inspiring a shared vision. • Enjoys working under pressure & effective negotiation skills. • Ability to deal with ambiguities and sharp decision-making capabilities. • Effective communicator both in written and spoken English. Ability to communicate with the top management.
