Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and digital transformation projects, ensuring execution is on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics to drive alignment, visibility, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Drive Agile execution by managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery to enable fast, iterative progress.
- Manage scope, priorities, and change control while proactively identifying and mitigating risks across technical and operational areas.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to define business problems, baseline metrics, and success criteria before solutioning.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases, including financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize workflows prior to automation or AI implementation.
- Track program performance through KPIs and dashboards, ensuring alignment between expected and realized outcomes, and course-correct when needed.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, and leadership, driving governance, stakeholder communication, and overall program alignment
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading AI and/or digital transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Demonstrated success in managing products or platforms from 0 to 1, including MVP definition, pilot execution, and scaled rollout.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous delivery.
- Deep expertise in project management fundamentals: scope control, risk mitigation, change management, and outcome-driven execution.
- Experience defining program roadmaps, OKRs, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Proven track record of working with senior leadership (VP/C-level) and translating strategy into execution.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, uncover opportunities, and drive long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe Agilist are strongly preferred.
