As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing ERP implementation or optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Setting project milestones and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress, managing risks, and addressing issues proactively.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
You will also be leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with IT staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Your role will involve:
- Facilitating communication among technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Providing guidance, motivation, and support to project team members.
Stakeholder Management

- Adhering to regulatory requirements, data security, and company policies for all ERP projects.
