Project Manager (Azure Migration)

About

Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud migration programs| including DC exit| lift and shift| and phased modernization to Azure.

Own program governance covering scope| timelines| cost| risks| dependencies| and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.

Coordinate migration of applications| databases| and middleware from Onprem environments to Azure (VMs| Azure SQL| AKS| storage| networking).

Drive collaboration across cloud| security| network| application| DB| and DevOps teams to ensure seamless migration and cutover.

Oversee DR strategy| resiliency testing| security controls| and compliance as part of migration programs.

Ensure adherence to DevOps CICD practices| automation| and Azure governance standards during execution.

Manage vendors and partners| track milestones| and provide executive level reporting and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Experience: 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Program Large Scale Project Management.
• Proven experience leading Data Center Exit and Lift and Shift migrations from Onprem to Azure.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Azure infrastructure (VMs| Networking| Storage| Identity| Security| AKS).
• Experience with application migration patterns| replat forming| and cloud readiness assessments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling| automation| and Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform ARM preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
