Job Description
As part of the Group Brokers department, you will evolve in a dynamic team working on multiple different topics, in close collaboration with an international network in more than 70 countries, but also in collaboration with other Group departments (IT, Legal, Marketing & Innovation, Transformation Office,...). As a project manager in the team, you will be involved in the following missions:
- Drafting specifications and defining the roadmap
- Organization of steering and project committees
- Monitoring commercial performance (10 countries) and analyzing broker commercial activity
- Training of internal and external users, preparation of training materials
- Support and assistance to local and regional entities
- Monitoring of KPIs
- Monitoring of data quality
- Management and steering of the global document repository for broker documents
- Set up a communication plan (release notes, newsletter, etc)
Some examples of diverse missions in the past years:
- Implementation of ABCD Workflow to centralize Broker derogatory commissioning agreements
- Organization of the Coface annual event for brokers worldwide
- Leading projects
- Cartography of the processes, market practices and rules for broker management in +70 countries
Qualifications
- Business school or university, Master's in management, finance or marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience, exposure in project management and international work environment or with strong, proven project-related skills, experience in trade credit insurance it is preferable.
- Qualities, Skills required: rigor and flexibility, respect of deadlines and commitments, negotiation skills, representation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in dynamic situations.
- Good writing skills as well as interpersonal skills that allow you to have good contacts with interlocutors.
- It is necessary to be operational both in French and English (both written and oral). The practice of a second language (German, Spanish and French) is a plus.
