As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects by working closely with leaders from Strategy and Clinical teams. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in developing project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress using relevant project management tools.
• Act as a bridge between clinical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Monitor risks and escalate bottlenecks to leadership before they impact delivery timelines.
• Support project leaders in tracking team bandwidth and resource utilization rates.

Qualifications Required

• MBA/Post‑graduate degree in relevant business, strategy, or healthcare streams.
• 1‑2 years of project management experience in a cross‑functional setup.

Core Skills

• Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear business insights.
• Data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders, objectives, and deadlines effectively.

Location & Schedule

Please note that this role is based in Thane and requires onsite presence with alternate Saturdays working schedule.
