Project Manager - Construction Background

We’re hiring a Project Manager with a strong construction background to support a mix of internal transformation initiatives and client-facing projects across workplace, facilities (IFM), and business operations.

We’re looking for someone experienced in construction, fit-outs, infrastructure, or real estate projects, who can also operate across broader program and transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do: • Plan and deliver projects (scope, timelines, budgets, resources) • Manage end-to-end construction / fit-out / workplace projects • Coordinate across contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams • Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against milestones • Lead stakeholder engagement, site meetings, and governance forums • Track risks, dependencies, and ensure quality standards are met • Produce clear reporting (status updates, dashboards, presentations)

What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in construction / real estate / fit-out project management • Exposure to workplace transformation or facilities (IFM) projects • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Solid commercial awareness (budgets, contracts, cost control)
