Project Manager Corporate Development (m/f/d) 80‑100 %

Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑departmental and interdisciplinary projects.
- Enhance project methodology and support project leaders.
- Manage the project portfolio aligned with company strategy.
- Further develop the applied project methodology, enable the organization in its application, and advise other project managers.
- Continuously review the portfolio regarding its alignment with corporate strategy and goals, and regularly report the status to management.
- Take over the controlling of our services in the area of sustainability, initiate appropriate measures, and build a purposeful sustainability reporting.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses for management.
Requirements
- University degree in project management or similar.
- University of applied sciences or university degree, with a specialization in project management or business analysis, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven project management experience required.
- IPMA certification or similar is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and structured work approach.
- Affinity for sustainability and key figures and a sense for materiality.
- Structured and reliable working style, very good analytical‑conceptual skills combined with a “hands‑on” mentality.
