As a Project Manager at Resolute/HumanFractal.AI, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives for the AI powered Performance and Longevity clinics. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects from planning through execution, ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing patient/client experience, and optimizing program outcomes through innovative technology and data-driven processes.

As a Project Manager at Resolute/HumanFractal.AI, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives for the AI powered Performance and Longevity clinics. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects from planning through execution, ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing patient/client experience, and optimizing program outcomes through innovative technology and data-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of AI powered health and wellness clinics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Partner closely with the Director and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure clinical alignment, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution.
Qualifications Required
- MBA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year of project management experience in healthcare or wellness.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- A ninja at building alignment by influence.
- Experience in fast-growing startups, ideally across 01 and 1100 growth stages.
- PMP certification preferred
Requirements
