As a Project Manager in Product Management – Content & Platforms (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you will be responsible for the conceptual and coordinating development of cross-crop topics to ensure a consistent, high-quality, and target-group-oriented external presentation. The focus will be on overarching coordination, alignment, and quality assurance. With clear structures, you will connect interfaces, leverage synergies, and relieve operational units. This permanent position is based in Einbeck with a workload of at least 70%.

Responsibilities

Cross-crop coordination & quality assurance

• You consolidate cross-crop topics (across sugar beet, cereals, rapeseed, and maize) and ensure consistent, target-group-oriented design of content, messaging, and standards across all formats.

Further development and organization of cross-functional formats

• You further develop event formats tailored to target groups and organize their implementation.
• You also structure complex topics and coordinate closely with product specialists, technical advisory, sales, and marketing.

Management of central platforms

• You drive the expansion of the training platform for sales and further develop website content from a product management perspective.
• In doing so, you structure content and ensure its relevance and up-to-date status.

Cross-functional coordination & support

• You connect relevant interfaces, coordinate cross-departmental processes, and support overarching topics.

Qualifications

Your Profile – Where Competence Meets Personality:

• Completed degree or vocational training – ideally in agricultural sciences, marketing, or a related field
• Solid basic understanding of agriculture and interest in cross-crop interrelationships
• Initial experience in a corporate environment, ideally at the interface of product management, marketing, sales, or communication
• Very good German and good English skills are required
• Strong basic technical understanding and openness to digital platforms and tools
• Confident demeanor and the ability to proactively drive topics forward and connect interfaces
• Enjoyment of coordinating tasks combined with a structured and reliable way of working
