Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager who owns delivery end-to-end, not just coordinates it. Someone who can:

• Take complete responsibility for project outcomes
• Communicate with clarity and confidence
• Keep clients informed, assured, and engaged
• Keep teams aligned, unblocked, and productive
• Maintain structure in fast‑moving, multi‑project environments

This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving problems early, and believes in building long‑term client trust through consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ownership of Project Planning & Delivery

• Build realistic delivery plans, sprints, and milestone timelines.
• Drive execution across different platforms with a “no loose ends” approach.
• Identify risks early and act before they become blockers.
• Ensure commitments are honored, on quality, timelines, and scope.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Building

• Own all client conversations, requirements, expectations, escalations, updates.
• Maintain full transparency with clients, no surprises, no gaps.
• Build relationships strong enough to earn trust and repeat business.

3. Cross Team Collaboration

• Align designers, developers, QA, and DevOps with clear goals and priorities.
• Manage workloads, track task progress, and maintain delivery discipline.
• Conduct stand‑ups, reviews, retros, and ensure accountability across the team.
• Remove blockers proactively not reactively.

4. Process, Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all project documentation: SRS, BRD, user stories, handover notes.
• Ensure teams follow best practices for Agile, version control, QA, and releases.
• Use tools like Jira, Zoho, ClickUp, Trello effectively not as a formality.
• Share accurate weekly/monthly reports with both internal leadership and clients.

5. Budget Awareness & Profitability

• Track effort, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure change requests are evaluated, documented, and approved before execution.
• Maintain project profitability without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years managing software projects with clear delivery accountability.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and product development.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects.
• Confident with PM tools (Jira, Zoho, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Sound technical understanding of mobile apps and web platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset, no follow‑up needed to get things done.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / Scrum Master certification (Good to have).
• Experience working directly with international clients. (Plus point)
