As Vice President Project Manager P&A Tools and Transformation, you will be leading the modernization of project execution and business practices by collaborating with industry leaders and technology experts. By working closely with LOB business leads, you will gain deep knowledge of projects and related BAU operations, ultimately contributing to the organizational transformation and operational excellence. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with teams to plan and execute digital and process transformation projects using modern tools and methodologies. - Evaluate and redesign operating models to align with technology trends such as Cloud, AI/ML, and data analytics for smooth transitions. - Manage multiple large-scale projects across P&A and Controllers organizations, overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively. - Facilitate project updates and alignments with LOB leads and technology teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Document business requirements, test digital solutions, develop training materials, and provide leadership to drive delivery. - Refine process flows and system integrations, leveraging technical expertise to support cloud-based initiatives. • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives in P&A or Controllers functions. - Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of data management and cloud architecture principles. - Experience in managing a team of project managers.
