Project Manager – Road & Infrastructure Construction

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering road and infrastructure construction projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, schedule, and execute road and infrastructure projects (highways, bridges, drainage, etc.) • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and regulatory requirements • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors • Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues • Prepare and present project reports, MIS, and progress updates • Handle risk management and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure proper documentation and project handover

Key Skills Required: • Strong project planning and execution skills • Knowledge of road construction techniques (bituminous & concrete roads) • Understanding of contracts, BOQ, and tendering processes • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving and decision-making capability • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera)

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

Experience: • 8–15 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects • Experience in handling large-scale highway/road projects preferred
