As an experienced candidate with at least two full Workday implementation cycles, you will be responsible for overseeing Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Your expertise in Workday HCM & Finance modules, integrations, and data architecture will be crucial for the successful implementation of Workday solutions for the company. Your primary job responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall implementation of Workday HCM and finance modules
• Conducting and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and executive presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to appropriate management channels
• Maintaining thorough documentation of project phases
• Interacting with project sponsors, stakeholders, and multiple business and technical teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding and certifications of Workday business processes across HCM & Finance modules
• Expertise in Workday data architecture, security design, and integration frameworks (WSDL, API)
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
• Proven experience handling 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
