We’re supporting a large-scale MMIS Modernization initiative focused on transforming healthcare technology and improving health and human services delivery.

Our client is looking for a highly organized Project Support Analyst who can help keep complex initiatives moving forward. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in coordination, communication, documentation, and process management.

While preference will be given to candidates local to Harrisburg who can work onsite as needed, the client is open to strong remote candidates who can effectively support the project and team operations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule project meetings across multiple stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and track follow-up actions
• Maintain action item logs and ensure accountability across teams
• Support project leadership by keeping deliverables, documentation, and communications organized
• Update and manage project tasks/work items in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Help drive project momentum through strong follow-through and operational support
• Ensure project artifacts are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting projects, PMO teams, or enterprise initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
• Someone proactive, dependable, and process-oriented
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and leadership groups

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare or government project experience
• Exposure to MMIS, healthcare systems, or large enterprise modernization programs
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience supporting project managers or program leadership

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Enterprise project coordination environment
