What You'll Grow With:

• You will lead projects in the field of embedded software, always keeping an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality - in the exciting environment of commercial vehicles.
• From the initial sketch to commissioning, you will technically support our projects and always maintain an overview of all aspects.
• You will follow technological trends such as RUST, Cyber Security, or new FUSI specifications and make them usable for our projects.
• You will build a strong network, maintain existing customer relationships, and continuously develop them.
• In addition, you will take over chance, risk, and claim management and proactively manage project risks.
• In close coordination with customers and internal and external project members, you will be a solution-oriented contact person.

What You'll Bring to Us:

• You have a completed degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, vehicle technology, mechatronics, or something comparable.
• You have at least two years of experience in leading projects in the automotive sector - ideally in the service sector.
• Analytical thinking and conceptual strength characterize you, as well as the motivation to actively drive innovative solutions.
• You work pragmatically and goal-oriented and are interested - ideally with experience - in dealing with customers from the commercial and special vehicle sector.
• Your communication skills in German and English are convincing - both spoken and written.
