YOUR ENVIRONMENT

As a PXM (Product Experience Management) IS Owner, within the IT Department, you will contribute to the development of CELINE's omnichannel and product strategy and will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the development of digital product management tools (PIM, DAM, digital configurator) and maximizing their business value long-term
  • Participating in and defining the vision for integrating product data and images for the Maison's ecosystem Front applications
  • Sustaining the use of asset management tools and structuring/integrating future asset types (Social, 3D, Video etc)
  • Being decisive on architectural choices related to the domain's application products
  • Supporting various business teams (E-Commerce, Retail, Images, Supply Chain, Logistics, ...) in building desired functionalities
  • Training/Raising awareness among various business instances to leverage the implemented tools
  • Piloting and coordinating the various project/initiative phases within the scope: gathering and specifying business needs, monitoring development, coordinating testing and go-live phases
  • Piloting service providers involved in project implementation and application maintenance
  • Conducting technological watch in your business sector

Innovating in optimizing product interaction points, by developing a coherent B2C omnichannel customer experience, is an integral part of the Maison's strategy. Your role will be crucial for streamlining the customer journey and orchestrating a growing range of personalization offers, to maximize final customer satisfaction while preserving the coherence of the Maison's image across all digital solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Retail, ECommerce, Images, Merchandising, Omnichannel teams as well as within the IT department with Architecture, Dataflow and Technical Departments.

You will participate in strengthening Omnichannel flows with the support of IS E-Commerce, IS Digital in store and report to the IS Omnichannel Manager within the CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS entity of CELINE's IT department on an international scope.

Job Responsibilities

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Project Scoping

  • Participation in defining the clear and inspiring vision of the product in its digital version, integrating user experience and business objectives, sharing and gaining buy-in for the vision from all stakeholders
  • Identification of product data impacts within CELINE's cross-functional projects
  • Design of technical-functional processes in collaboration with business and IS teams
  • Animation of the roadmap and backlog in line with CELINE's digital roadmap
  • Watch and proactivity in the Digital asset domain

Evolution Management

  • Functional and technical specifications for developments
  • Prioritization of the backlog of functionalities and improvements, based on business value and end-user impact
  • Pilot development teams
  • Guarantee of the Agile methodology used by development teams
  • Monitoring of development acceptance phases
  • Synchronization of IS teams
  • Release management
  • Guarantee of product documentation

Training and Support

  • Training of business units on new processes
  • Functional assistance to users
  • Level 3 support for production incidents
  • Stabilization of Level 1 and 2 support for production incidents
  • Guarantee of system stability (security, upgrades, etc..)

Profile

KEYS TO SUCCESS

Education: Master's degree (Computer Science or Engineering)

Experience: Recognized experience in cross-functional IS project management. Proficient in the Agile project methodology. Experience in the Fashion or Retail sector. Knowledge of Akeneo, Bynder solutions is a plus.

Skills and Personal Qualities: Natural empathy and listening skills. Ability to challenge processes and business teams. Logical thinking and a taste for technology. Ability to execute in a dynamic and international environment. Good knowledge of Agile, CI/CD and DevOps methods. Languages: Fluent English.
