A company is looking for an Engineering Manager in QA to lead and scale their Quality Engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing QA / Automation engineering organization
Define and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy aligned to product and engineering goals
Establish best practices for test automation, framework development, and validation at scale
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development
2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering or QA teams
Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI / CD, and Agile methodologies
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
