QA TEst lead(Automation API)/Senior QA-Full Stack Testing

Responsibilities

• Lead Large testing teams as part of a Portfolio/Program, providing technical guidance and support.
• Build and manage the framework on Selenium using either Java or Python, ensuring efficient automated testing processes.
• Proficient in API automation to facilitate communication between APIs and transfer inputs between them.
• Ensure End to End sanity Test environments readiness during SFT/UAT, taking ownership of this critical activity.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in the market for Automation testing, incorporating relevant advancements into testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and effectively report issues to the development team for timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by identifying areas for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in automated testing, with hands‑on experience in tools like Selenium, TestNG, Java/Python, and Performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Golang, and JavaScript for developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and testing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to diagnose software defects effectively.
• Experience in testing applications/APIs hosted in cloud, Containerization, and VM environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Test planning activities at each phase of the testing cycle is advantageous.
