Responsibilities
- Drive test strategy and execution across applications
- Implement and govern Tosca automation standards
- Ensure alignment with regression and performance testing
- Mentor junior and senior Quality Engineers
- Utilize qTest for effective test management and reporting
Requirements
- 9-12+ years in software quality assurance with leadership experience
- Extensive hands-on experience using Tosca
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and other management tools
- Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
