Your Responsibilities

The following tasks await you:

• End-to-End Recruiting for positions in the SAP and Consulting environment – from needs assessment through selection processes to successful hiring
• Active Sourcing and direct approach of suitable candidates via relevant recruiting channels
• Independent execution of interviews and professional support of candidates along the entire candidate journey
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and other stakeholders for precise filling of open vacancies
• Independent assumption of projects in the recruiting environment and participation in process development
• Support of the Employer Branding team in implementing target-group-specific recruiting strategies and participation in trade fairs and events

Your Qualifications

To be prepared for your journey as a Recruiter (f/m/d), the following qualifications will help you:

• Completed degree and several years of professional experience (approx. 2-3 years) in recruiting – ideally in the consulting environment.
• Passion for inspiring people, bringing them along, and building sustainable relationships.
• Expertise in recruiting in the consulting environment, active sourcing, and conducting interviews.
• Your work style is characterized by empathy, independence, and strong team and communication skills. You also continuously expand your knowledge of your target group and follow current trends.

Good to Know Before You Go:

• Start Date: By agreement – always at the beginning of a month
• Working Hours: Full-time (40h) or Part-time (from 30h) & 30 vacation days
• Employment Type: Fixed term for 2 years
• Department: Corporate Functions
• Language: Fluent German & English at least B2 level
• Other: A valid work permit; if necessary, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. This process takes time and affects the start date.
