Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technology roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels
- Work on mandates from banking GCCs, IT product companies, and technology clients
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Schedule and manage interviews
- Ensure timely closures and maintain candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in IT/technology recruitment
- Must have experience hiring for banking GCCs, IT product companies, or tech clients
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Smart, presentable, and articulate
- Must be self-driven, proactive, and hungry to perform
- Should have own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
