Our goal is to help people who are at risk due to working conditions or who have been affected by work accidents or occupational diseases.
For our Recruiting team within the HR Management division of the General HR Administration department, we are looking for you at our Mainz location. The team manages the entire recruiting process to attract qualified talent for the BGHM. This includes application management, the development and implementation of target group-specific HR marketing measures, and the planning and execution of recruiting events.
Your Responsibilities
- You manage and support the entire recruiting process – from the publication of job advertisements to the selection decision – and continuously develop our processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- For this purpose, job advertisements will be placed by you in a target-group-oriented manner on relevant channels.
- You review application documents and match profiles precisely with the requirements profile.
- In close coordination with the specialist departments and committees, you plan, organize, and accompany interviews.
- As the central point of contact for our applicants, you ensure appreciative, transparent, and timely communication.
- Furthermore, you represent the BGHM at recruiting events and career fairs, thereby actively strengthening our employer brand.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
- Initial professional experience in recruiting
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness

- An unlimited full-time employment contract; the possibility of part-time employment is generally given and will be examined if suitable applications are received
- Payment according to pay group 9b-10 BG-AT – depending on qualifications, professional experience, and task assignment – plus a full 13th monthly salary (€49,847.72 – €79,836.51 annually)
