Recruiter (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and evaluate target-group-specific recruitment channels. Use active sourcing via social networks and databases and advise specialist and management staff on recruiting issues.
• Personnel Marketing: Participate in interdepartmental projects to develop innovative employer branding measures and pilot new recruiting channels.
• Digitalization of the Recruiting Process: Work on innovative approaches to optimization and digitalization to make the recruiting process future-oriented and competitive.
• Management of the Recruitment Process: Create compelling job advertisements, select applications, and organize interviews. Ensure an appealing candidate journey.

Your Profile

• Recruiting Experience: You have sound practical experience in recruiting - ideally in the corporate environment of a company or in a personnel consultancy - and have already independently managed recruiting processes.
• Active Sourcing Competence: You are proficient in using social networks, job portals, and recruiting databases and have experience in directly approaching and recruiting talent (m/f/d).
• Recruiting Understanding: You understand recruiting as a partnership with specialist departments and professionally advise management staff in the selection process.
• Language Skills: You have German language skills at a negotiation-proof level and good English skills for communication in an international environment.
• Communication Skills: With your open and convincing manner, you succeed in winning over candidates (m/f/d) as well as internal contacts for your ideas and concepts.
