Our strong team of experienced trainers, doctors, psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff is committed to this every day.
Our institution – a non-profit GmbH with 700 training places near Munich – is exclusively supported by public corporations.

Your Talents at Work
- You are passionate about finding ideal candidates (m/f/d) and guiding them through the entire recruiting and onboarding process
- You coordinate and are responsible for posting job openings on suitable channels
- To do this, you maintain and optimize our applicant management system
- You ensure the continuous development of tailor-made channels
- You actively participate in job fairs and thus represent us externally
- As part of the HR team, you also support administrative tasks and participate in exciting HR projects
Your Profile in Four Points
- Successfully completed university studies (or equivalent) with a focus on HR or comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in an HR department with a focus on recruiting
- A good sense for people, current recruiting trends and tools, as well as developments in the labor market
- Experience in the public sector and active sourcing are advantageous
This position is initially limited due to a sick leave replacement.
