We are seeking a Junior Recruiter for a full‑time role at our Indore headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, focusing on supporting the hiring needs of our clients within various sectors. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in job posting and creating job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Proficiency in resume screening to identify potential candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage a talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Strong skills in candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Understanding of employer branding techniques to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential hires.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing (Mandatory skill), including using various platforms and techniques.
- Expertise in interview scheduling (Mandatory skill), ensuring efficient and timely coordination with candidates and interviewers.
