About Us

As a Recruiter at our international headquarters, you will support various business units of Lidl Stiftung by finding the best talent. You will convince candidates of #teamlidl and ensure optimal support for our Hiring Managers through your comprehensive consulting.

Your Role

Specifically, this means:

• Managing the entire recruiting process from job briefing through qualified pre-selection, conducting interviews, to contract design.
• Creating meaningful reports, analyses, and presentations to support data-driven recruiting decisions.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
