Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead and scale the hiring function at Axestrack. This role will own end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including strategy, execution, team leadership, and process excellence, ensuring timely and high‑quality hiring aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning – Partner with business leaders to define hiring plans aligned with growth objectives
  • End‑to‑End Hiring Ownership – Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement to joining; ensure timely closures across all functions and levels; track and improve funnel metrics and hiring quality
  • Team Leadership – Lead and manage the recruitment team with clear targets and accountability; drive a performance‑driven and process‑oriented culture
  • Process & Governance – Build and enforce structured recruitment processes, trackers, and reporting
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building – Strengthen sourcing across channels (Naukri, , referrals, etc.)
  • Stakeholder & Closure Management – Act as a strategic partner to business leaders; manage expectations with data‑backed insights; use data to identify gaps and improve hiring outcomes

  • Strong sourcing (Boolean), recruitment tools (Naukri, , etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hiring dashboards
  • Team management and coaching
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication
  • Structured, data‑driven approach with strong execution focus
  • Experience in fast‑growing, high‑hiring environments
  • Exposure to diverse hiring (sales, operations, entry‑level, niche roles)
  • Strong hiring quality and conversion ratios
