Role Overview
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter (0–3 years of experience) to join our team. This is a high-ownership role that demands strong sourcing skills, an eye for good talent, and a “get-it-done” attitude. You’ll be the bridge between client expectations and candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and hiring goals by directly interacting with clients.
- Build rapport and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), GitHub, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and clients.
- Maintain ATS and internal tracking systems.
- Keep yourself updated with market trends, tech stacks, and industry needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (tech/non-tech).
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other platforms.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- High ownership mindset : you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Curious, self-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hiring for startups or tech companies is a bonus.
