Your challenge
Within our Private Banking Europe organisation, we are looking for a Regulatory Business and Project Manager Europe (80–100%, f/m/d). The position can be based in Vaduz and/or Zurich.
In this role, you will work as part of a team acting as an interface between Compliance, Front Office and IT, serving as a competence centre and primary contact within the Europe organisation. Your responsibilities include:
Project Work
- Leading sub-projects and/or participating in group-wide projects for the Europe region
- Implementing regulatory requirements – in particular European investor protection regulations (e.g. MiFID II, FIDLEG) as well as Product Governance regulations – in close cooperation with the business units and Compliance
Product Governance & Suitability
- Taking ownership, including business support, for investor protection rules and related documentation and forms (e.g. investor profile)
- Ensuring that (pre-trade) mandatory documentation reflects the relevant regulatory requirements
- Supporting Product Governance and Suitability committees (e.g. Product Committees, Suitability Boards) by preparing decision-making materials
- Contributing to the definition of attributes and logics in the context of Product Governance (e.g. target market attributes, risk classifications, fee data)
Test Management & Quality Assurance
- Performing and/or coordinating system tests
- Providing business-side sign‑off of implemented solutions
Co‑Chair of the European Suitability Board
- Jointly leading the European Suitability Board, ensuring proper governance, regulatory compliance and consistent decision-making
- Preparing and presenting decision documents, including minute-taking and documentation
Your profile
- Completed degree (university of applied sciences or university, Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and several years of project management experience in the financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations in the European environment, e.g. MiFID II / FIDLEG, PRIIP and Product Governance requirements
- Experience working with IT, including the preparation of business requirements, functional specifications and use cases
- Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a high affinity for data and regulatory details
- Confident use of standard MS Office tools (in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or comparable tools for process modelling)

- An integer, resilient personality with quick comprehension skills and a strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration with various subject-matter experts
- Assertiveness in coordination with business units and IT, combined with strong cooperation skills
- Strong interest in the practical implementation of regulatory topics and problem-solving
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
