You will be responsible for designing,developing, and deploying sophisticated AI/ML models to solve complex business problems. This includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, and implementation. You will work with large datasets, explore various algorithms, and leverage advanced computational resources. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistics, coupled with practical experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, is essential. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions. A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving field of AI and a knack for innovative problem-solving are critical. Responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and implementing AI and machine learning models. Preprocessing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Selecting appropriate algorithms and frameworks for specific AI tasks. Training, testing, and validating ML models for optimal performance. Deploying models into production environments and monitoring their performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI/ML project requirements. Researching and evaluating new AI/ML technologies and methodologies. Optimizing model performance and computational efficiency. Contributing to the development of AI strategy and roadmaps. Documenting models, code, and processes thoroughly. Qualifications:

Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn. Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
