Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI frameworks and pipelines. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of our AI talent pool. Identify and explore new research opportunities and potential applications for AI technologies. Translate complex research concepts into practical, deployable AI solutions. Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI research initiatives. Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI development processes. Qualifications: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL) or equivalent research achievements. Deep theoretical understanding and practical experience with various machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, vital for effective remote teamwork. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage research projects, and drive them to completion.
