Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cutting‑edge AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Translate complex business problems into technical AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate AI solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools for specific use cases.
• Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and data infrastructure.
• Define best practices for MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Stay at the forefront of AI research and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for AI solutions, including technical designs, data flows, and deployment procedures.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to building a strong AI talent pool.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML development and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI solutions.
• Extensive experience with cloud‑based AI platforms and services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
• Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, pandas, numpy).
• Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools for model lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
