Remote AI/ML Engineer (NLP Specialist)

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced NLP models and algorithms. Build and maintain NLP pipelines for data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training. Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve NLP challenges such as text classification, sentiment analysis, summarization, and question answering. Develop and optimize language models for various applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and content analysis tools. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate NLP solutions into existing products and services. Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI. Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK). Deploy and monitor NLP models in production environments. Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap of the company. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP. Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models for real-world applications. Expertise in programming languages such as Python. Proficiency with major NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, Gensim). Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (e.g., RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers), and statistical modeling. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
