Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, forecasting, and pattern recognition. Collect, clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets from various sources to prepare them for model training. Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others. Build robust data pipelines and workflows for model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, insights, and potential features for model development. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques, iterating on models to improve accuracy and effectiveness. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for models, algorithms, data sources, and deployment processes. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields. Contribute to the architectural design and technical strategy of the AI/ML platform. Research and experiment with new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance predictive capabilities. Ensure the ethical development and responsible deployment of AI models, considering bias and fairness. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on predictive analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy). Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, deep learning). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles is highly desirable. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio of AI/ML projects or contributions to open-source projects is advantageous.
