Remote AI/ML Engineer (Research & Development)

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry trends. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python or other relevant programming languages. Implement and deploy ML models into production environments, monitoring their performance and iterating as needed. Contribute to technical documentation, research papers, and presentations. Identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML to solve business challenges and create new product features. Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional or academic setting. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Hands-on experience with major ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras). Solid understanding of fundamental ML concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
